All shipping within North America is complimentary with all purchases over $499. FedEx Overnight Express is our preferred handler. Some packages may arrive by alternate carrier based upon size, price, or destination. If FedEx does not deliver to your area, please indicate your preferred method in the ‘Shipping Instructions’ form on the checkout page.
Taxes are charged based on shipping destination. Within Canada taxes are calculated using the provincial tax code. Purchases destined to the United States will not incur any Canadian sales tax.
The overwhelming majority of our goods are produced in Canada meaning duties are typically waived under the NAFTA agreement. Pieces labeled as ‘Made in Italy’ or ‘Italian Made’ are likely to incur a duty or import charge. Items shipped internationally may still be subject to duty and import charges.
We try our best to ship pieces in a timely manner, however extraneous circumstances may sometimes cause unforeseen delays. A tracking number is provided by default if the carrier allows.
