Our Returns and Exchanges

Due to the COVID-19, Stones Jewellery does not accept any exchange and return under the NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY implemented by the Health Department of Canada.

Stones Jewellery is committed to the high quality and the integrity of our pieces. As such a piece may be refunded within 14 days of the purchase if it is found to be defective and non-repairable(excluding sale items unless faulty or not as described) as determined by a Stones team member.
